It's nice for ranks etc but it's better with only text, i can make a color work and a new police to custom the charter

hmm I don't like the picture that much

I think we need something darker and more colorfull at the same time

I added some informations concerning the guild on the charter and I raised the requirements and the fee to enter the guild

The new one is better imo
